Why am I receiving too few/many emails?
If you are not receiving the amount of emails that you would like to from us, you may need to adjust your settings. To do so, follow the guideline below:The National Weather Service typically updates their forecasts four times per day, at approximately 4am, 11am, 4pm, and 11pm local time. Make sure that you have these times selected so you are sure to receive forecasts. For instance, if you want just the morning forecast, go to the "Send Forecasts" area at the lower left of the Email Settings page, and choose the "Between" button. Use the pull-down menus to choose a time between 3am and 8am to make sure you catch the morning forecast. If you notice you are getting too many forecasts, you can always restrict the delivery hours to a narrower time range.
