Troubleshooting - Renewal

When your account grows closer to the expiration date a renewal link should appear on the upper left side of the page when you are signed in. This link will take you to the Renew Membership page. Enter your credit card information, or follow the Paypal link at the top of the page.
To pay by mail, send a $10 check or money order to:

Be sure to include the e-mail address you signed up with. (Please print clearly or send this as typed text!)
"I'm trying to renew but it says my e-mail is already in use."
Make sure you are not using the sign up form.
To renew, you must first login using the two text boxes on the left side of any Wunderground page, beneath the rainbow logo. Enter your e-mail address and password, then click "Sign In". Once you are logged in, you can renew using the "Renew my Membership!" link in the upper left corner of our pages. This will take you to the payment page.
"I've renewed and received a confirmation number, but my date is still expired."
If you are still seeing the old expiration date in the upper left corner, you may just need to reset your membership cookie. To do this, hit the "Logout" button in the upper left corner, and then login again using your email address and password.
