If you want to include a link to another web page, put a "<a href=" tag in front of the URL you want to link to, followed by the ">" tag, followed by the text you want to have appear describing the link, followed by the "</a>" tag.

Here is an example of including a link in your blog:

Click <a href=http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/Storm_pages/katrina2005/photo.html>here</a>
to see photos from last year's Katrina field projects.
