Troubleshooting - Time zone

One of the problems with our pages is that when you enter a city location where a National Weather Service reporting station does not exist, our software looks for the nearest geographic location where a weather report does exist. If this location is in another time zone, the time listed for your city will be incorrect. We currently have no work-around for this problem.
