If you have forgotten your password, please visit our password retrieval page. Enter the e-mail address that you used to signed up for Wunderground.com and click Submit. You password will be e-mailed to you.
If you do not receive the e-mail, check to make sure you are accepting e-mails from Weather Underground and that the message was not lost in any spam or junk mail filters. If you need further assistance, visit our help page.

I'm trying to log in but it says my e-mail is already in use
Make sure you are not using the sign up form. To sign in, you should use the two text boxes on the left side of any Wunderground page, beneath the rainbow logo. Enter your e-mail address and password, then click "Sign In".

Other common issues
- Make sure you're entering your complete e-mail address. An e-mail address consists of a username, @ symbol, and domain name. For example: user@domain.com
- Check that your caps lock is turned off, as passwords are case sensitive.
- Make sure that cookies are enabled on your browser.
