Common issues related to advertisements
- Make sure you are signed in - a quick way to tell is to check for a blue button that says "Member" underneath our rainbow logo in the top left hand corner of any Weather Underground web page. If you do not see the "Member" icon and instead see two white text boxes asking for your e-mail address and password, fill them in and click "Sign In".
- If you are signed-in and have not yet seen an update in the status of your account, please click the "Logout" link on the left side of the page under your e-mail address. Use your e-mail address and password to sign-in once more. This process will refresh your account information and the web browser's cookie for our website.
