How do I change my address or password on file?
- Log in to your Wunderground.com account.
- On the left side of the page, click the link that says Member Settings.
- To change your e-mail address, enter your your new e-mail and click "Save E-mail Settings". To change your password, enter your current password and your new password, then click "Save Password Settings".
When you change your e-mail address, you will receive a message at the new e-mail address that contains an authentication code. This code is used to verify the new e-mail.
Now you've got your auth code, sign in (with the old e-mail address) and go to:

Enter your authorization code and password and click Submit. You should notice that your email address has changed on the left side of the page. If it hasn't, click the "Logout" link, and sign in with your new e-mail address and your password.
Can I use my membership from another computer?
Yes you can! You just need to login to your membership from your second computer using the same email address and password that you opened the account with.
- Your email address is only being used as identification in this instance, so it does not matter if you do not have access to that email account from your second computer.
