The favorite city list is a feature available to all users; however, paying members of the Weather Underground can store their list online to save or load at any time and on any computer system on the Internet using their account.

Adding cities to your Favorites:
- To add a city to your Favorites, sign in to Wunderground.com. Enter the zip code or location you'd like to receive e-mail about in the search box at the top of the page, then click the magnifying glass to submit.
- On the City Page, click "Add to my E-mail" in the top right hand corner.
- Once the city is in your E-mail list, at the bottom of the Weather E-mail page, set your preferences for the type of alerts you would like to receive for that location, as well as how often you would like to receive them.
- To edit these preferences or remove a city from your list in the future, click the Weather E-mail link on the left side of any Wunderground.com page when signed in.
Editing your Favorite Cities:
Your web browser must be able to accept and update cookies from our site in order to use the favorites feature properly. Please check to ensure that security/ad blocking/firewall software is not blocking cookies from Weather Underground.
When you click on the "Edit Favorites" link under "Favorites" on the left side of our web pages, it will open a page where you can edit the favorite city list. You can remove a city by using the "DEL" button on the right side of the list. If you don't see the "DEL" button, then you may be running some security software or ad blocker software that is interfering with the proper display of the web page.
Making your Favorites permanent:
Members' Favorites lists can be saved and retrieved to/from our servers online, so that it follows you no matter where you login to our website. Be sure to save changes to your favorites list.
Click on the "Edit Favorites" link in the left-hand sidebar on our pages, below the current conditions for the cities in your list. Look for the blue buttons below the list of cities on the favorites page. Use the "Save..." button to upload a changed list so that next time you login, the changes will be downloaded automatically. Use the "Load..." button to refresh the list at any time with the latest changes saved to our servers.
Common Problems:
Where did my Favorites go? Favorites are stored using cookies. Therefore, there are limits to how many favorites you can have, and most trouble with favorites is because of trouble with your browser cookies. If you can provide some more information, it would help us get to the bottom of the trouble. Have you deleted your cookies recently, or do you have some kind of cookie security software installed?
